What is your shop turnaround time?

We take great pride in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality items. We make every single item after an order has been placed, meaning your order was made just for you! We are just a husband and wife team that hand print, package and ship orders all by ourselves. We do not outsource our garments and do not have a warehouse of stocked items. 

Please allow us up to 7 business days to process your order. Once an order has processed, delivery time can vary from 2-7 days depending on location. After your order has processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains USPS tracking details. Thank you so much for supporting our small business!


What is your return and exchange policy?

Because all of our items are custom made to order all items are final sale but we do offer exchanges for a small fee on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange. Our exchange process is hassle-free and allows you to keep your original item, you don't have to send it back, and we'll ship you the new size you need.

All items purchased 50% from the sale section, all accessories (sunglasses, hats, tote bags, patches and pins), denim vests and vintage items are also final sale.

If your items are too big for your pup, we recommend tying the shirt at the bottom with a rubber band to fit more snugly. You can also crop the bottom of the shirt with a pair of scissors if it is too long! We recommend washing all items inside out and dry on a low heat setting.


Can I change something to my order after it’s placed?

We can change the sizing to your order or apply a coupon code (if it applies to your order) within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, your order will stay as is. If you need to cancel your order please make that request via email to clubhuey@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours and we cannot add additional items onto an existing order.


How long will it take to receive my order?

After an order is placed, your items will take 4-6 business days to be printed and packaged but can take longer in rare cases. Once your order is packaged, USPS shipping can take 2-5 business days for US orders and up to 21 business days for international orders. We do not offer expedited shipping. We pride ourselves on our craft and unfortunately can’t ship as fast as some retailers. PLEASE NOTE: due to current conditions USPS is running slower than usual, especially for international shipping. We cannot control the shipping time once your package is in USPS hands.

Will I receive my order before a specific holiday? (i.e. Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter, etc)?

To ensure you will receive your order before a holiday or specific event you need your items for, please place your order at least 14 days for US orders and at least 20 days for international orders. We cannot guarantee orders get to you in time for when you need them if your order is not placed in that timeframe.
