Our dog shirts fit differently from standard dog shirts. If your dog typically wears a size large in most dog clothing, they will likely need a different size in our t-shirts. Under each listing there is a sizing chart to refer to with specific measurements for each size. Our sizing is not based off of a dog's weight or breed.The most important measurement is around the chest.
Measure right underneath your pups armpits and go around the largest part of their chest while they are sitting down and standing up and refer to the size chart. If you are in between sizes, always size up.Please measure your dog's chest before ordering! What makes our dog t-shirts different than other dog t-shirts?
Our dog t-shirts are made with the arm holes on the sides of the shirt rather than the front of the shirt. The sides of the dog t-shirts are symmetrical and not tapered in towards the waist. This makes our shirts completely reversible so you can choose to have the design worn on your dog's chest, or flipped around for the design to be on their back - your dog won't know the difference!
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because all of our items are custom made to order all items are final sale but we do offer exchanges for a new size (not design) on a case by case basis. If your dog's t-shirt doesn't fit perfectly, don’t worry - we've made the exchange process super easy!
We only ask for a small fee to help our small business cover the cost of making you a new shirt + shipping via a secure payment source of your choosing - PayPal or Venmo. You can keep or donate the t-shirts that don't fit, you do not have to send them back to us.
If you ordered an item such as a sweater, pajamas, or a costume, we can exchange those items as well. They will need to be mailed back to us at your own cost. Once we receive your items, we will send you a custom code for the amount of the items to use on a new order.
If we messed up by accident and your order is incorrect, we will 100% fix the issue, on us!

How are your shirts made?
All of our t-shirts are screen-printed by hand and we never use cheap iron-on decals. These shirts are the real deal! Every single shirt made is 100% made to what a customer orders.We do not have a warehouse or a stock of ready to ship clothing merchandise.
Because every shirt is handprinted you may see a speckle of ink on the shirt or a small inconsistency between items - that's normal with screen printed designs. We also hand sew our patches onto our beanies. Know that your order is made with love by Huey's parents!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 7-8 business days for us to make your order for you. Once your order ships, delivery times can vary from 2-4 for US orders, and 7-21 days for international orders. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
We will make every effort to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, local carrier delays etc, and as a result we can't guarantee an arrival date. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Can I change something to my order after it’s placed?
Some changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please send us an email to info@clubhuey.com with your order number and your request to change your order. We can only change the sizing to your shirts, update the shipping address or apply a coupon if it wasn't added at checkout.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order.
Will I receive my order before a specific holiday? (i.e. Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter, etc)?
To ensure you will receive your order before a holiday or specific event you need your items for, please place your order at least 14 business days for US orders and at least 20 business days for international orders.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates but will do our best to get your order holiday order delivered on time if it is placed within this time frame.
